The ESR Auction Watcher has an inbuilt "import from web page" function that is designed for this very purpose.
The Import from web page function allows you to add all the auctions listed on an eBay web page to a watch group in the application. The kind of pages you might like to import auction details from include eBay Store listings, eBay "My home" pages (example "Items I’m watching", "Items I'm Bidding On" or "Items I Made Best Offers On"), eBay category listings, and so on. Any eBay web page that displays links to eBay auction detail pages can be imported.
The "Import to watch" button can be found on the ESR Auction Watcher integrated browsers tool bar. The drop down list adjacent to the button allows you to select an existing (or create a new) watch group to import the auction details too.
EBay auction details can be imported into the ESR Auction Watcher by the "Import by Seller Name" function. The "Import by Seller Name" control panel can be accessed by clicking the "Import by Seller Name" link in the "My Watches" section of the application or by selecting menu bar items: Action – Watches – Import Auctions by seller name.
To create a new watch group in the ESR Auction Watcher, enter the desired watch group name into the "Add new watch group" text area (found in the "My Watches" section) and either click the "Add new watch group" link or press the return key.
You can move auctions (from either search results lists or watched auctions lists) by highlighting them in the list view (hint: press and hold the [ctrl] key to enable multiple selections). Once the required auctions are highlighted, right click on one of them to display the context pop up menu. In the context menu, select the "Add to watch" menu option and then the desired watch group (hint: create the new target watch groups before trying to move the auctions!).
Email notifications can be enabled by entering the required recipient email address into the "Email recipient list" found in the "Email Notifications Control Panel". Once an email address has been entered, all subsequent alert messages (trigged by searches and watched auctions) will be dispatched to the addresses specified. Hint: You can control the frequency of the email sending by adjusting the "Email Dispatch Scheduler" "Check Frequency".
